Home Office and Guest Room Makeover: Ealing
Let's catch up on a new project in Ealing, SW London – a home office and guest room makeover with some clever ideas in the mix.
Roxy lives in the most gorgeous apartment in Ealing. It is part of a converted Victorian house, so it has fantastic character and charm. The ceilings measure 3m in some spaces, and the space feels light and airy.
But it is missing personality and soul. To me, it doesn't reflect the vibrant and warmth of its owner - Roxy!
When I met Roxy on site, she was wearing a very cool lilac coord. She has a senior high-powered role in the city, working for a very well-known tech brand. She and her job are very cool, and she deserves a home that reflects her success and personality.
Roxy knew she wanted to make changes but, feeling decision fatigue, lacking time, and overwhelmed by choices, reached out to me to transform the space into a motivating, relaxed, and vibey space.
I was excited to learn during my site visit that Roxy loved a little eccentric tropical flora and fauna in pastels, so this formed the bones of the designs. It's a home office and guest room. This is most certainly the space to have fun in!

The Great Part: The Shape of the Room
The room has an apex roof and, to me, it just seemed like it was a sexy woman, and we needed to show off her curves. We are therefore wrapping this space, head to toe, in wallpaper.
Trust me. I'm a designer. It'll look AMAZING!!
