Welcome to the West Byfleet Project

This was the moment we transformed a narrow living room and an equally narrow kitchen into a stunning open-plan space! By knocking down a structural internal wall, we completely overhauled everything, down to the door handles. Darren, a Recruitment MD, and Katy, a personal PA, had considered creating this open-plan layout for nearly 18 years. They needed someone to take the lead and guide them through this significant transformation, and that’s where I came in. This project ultimately changed how they lived for the better.

As avid entertainers, they can now gather in one social space around the kitchen island and, on sunny days, slide open the bifold doors and windows to bring the outside in. There's still a cosy spot to curl up and watch TV without feeling isolated. Darren, a passionate chef, loves spending time in the kitchen, and now they have the best of both worlds. This six-month project has truly made their home feel amazing!
